Where we deliver
Amaya delivers anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy. We do not ship outside South Africa yet: WhatsApp Max on +27 83 703 8502 and we quote a courier.
What it costs
- R99 per order, anywhere in South Africa.
- Free on orders of R1 500 or more.
The delivery cost is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
In-stock pieces leave the Cape Town studio within 1 to 2 working days. Order before 11:00 on a weekday and it usually leaves the same day. After dispatch:
- Cape Town: 1 to 2 working days
- Johannesburg and Pretoria: 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of South Africa: 3 to 5 working days
You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel is collected. Most deliveries need a signature; if you are out, the courier leaves a card or calls.
Made to order
Sizes that are not in stock are cut and sewn after you order. The product page says so before you buy. Made-to-order pieces leave the studio within 10 working days, then the delivery times above apply.
Delays
Public holidays, the December rush and courier disruptions can add a day or two. If your parcel is more than 2 working days late, WhatsApp us with your order number and we chase it for you. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we send it again at the standard delivery cost.
